Credit cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard. We also accept payments through PayPal Express checkouts. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order and may result in us contacting you to verify your ID. Your credit card will be billed upon Check Out.

Multiple orders
For multiple orders, we will attempt to ship all orders at the same time.
Order acceptance
Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. An order is considered accepted once your credit card payment has been approved as part of the Check Out transaction.

Out of stock items
If an item is found to be out of stock after you place your order, we will offer you a refund or credit to your account. You you can either replace the item with an in stock product or request a refund for the out of stock item. If an item is due to be back in stock within 7 days, we will hold your order until new stock arrives.
Shipping
Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you here as an estimate. The average shipping time is between 3-5 days, depending on your shipping location and product inventory.
Taxes
Cafe Furniture Company does not charge taxes. For orders shipped to countries outside Australia, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
Typographical errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Cafe Furniture Company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Cafe Furniture Company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Cafe Furniture Company shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
